Oakhill Admissions Arrangements

The Governors are the Admissions Authority for the school, and agree, consult on and publish their own Admissions arrangements each year. The school contracts support for this work through Somerset County Council. They works on behalf of the school to ensure our Admissions Arrangements are clear and adhere to the Admissions Code as published by the DfE.

Details of our Admissions arrangements can be downloaded from the link below. If you would like further information about our Admissions arrangements, please contact the School Office. Details can be found on our Contact Us Page.

Our Published Admissions Number (PAN) for Reception is 17. Children starting school in September will be admitted up to this PAN, without condition, in accordance with the School Admissions code. The links below will take you to external sites where the relevant policies are stored.

In Year Applications

Applications for children in other year groups can be sent directly to the school. Please refer to the relevant admissions policy (please check which academic year you are applying for) and complete Appendix B – In Year application form. This can be posted, hand delivered or emailed to the school. Please be aware that by submitting your Application or Appeal Form as an email attachment, you are effectively agreeing to the full terms of the declaration set out in Section 4 of the Application Form or section 5 of the Appeal Form, in the same way that you would be if you signed the declaration in person. If you do not agree to this arrangement, please do not submit your application by email.
