Welcome to Oakhill Church School — a small, caring rural school where every child is truly known, valued and celebrated.

At Oakhill, our children flourish within a close-knit community built on our core values of Love, Trust, Determination and Joy. These values are not just words on a page; they guide everything we do, shaping the way we learn together, care for one another, and face challenges with confidence and kindness.

As a small school with mixed-age classes, we are proud of the strong family feel that defines our community. Our children learn to support one another, develop meaningful friendships across year groups, and grow in independence and responsibility. We believe this nurturing environment helps children develop a deep sense of belonging and an intrinsic happiness in who they are.

We hold high expectations for every child, encouraging curiosity, creativity and a love of learning. Through challenge and thoughtful support, we empower our pupils to believe in themselves, persevere when things are difficult, and take pride in their achievements.
